We now have a unique opportunity for an experienced change/programme management expert to apply their existing skills to an
exciting new challenge in the faith sector. To that end we seek a Vision Coordinator to support and drive Vision 2026 in a diocese of more than 250 parishes and serving a population of 1.3 million people. The Vision Coordinator will work alongside the Bishop and his Leadership Team to coordinate the multiple strands of work involved in implementing the Vision.
The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills developed in programme and change management roles. S/he will have excellent
written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate complex
information to a wide range of audiences. Experience of working as part of a team on multi-disciplinary projects, delivering high quality outputs on time and budget is essential.
