An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team of Virgers at Exeter Cathedral. The Virgers play a crucial role in the life of the building, especially now as the Cathedral comes to the end of exciting building projects and moves forward into the future. The role encompasses a variety of duties, no one day is ever quite the same. You will have a flexible approach as weekend working and unsociable hours will be required on a rota basis. There will be the opportunity for over-time throughout the year. Accommodation is available for a full-time position as you will need to be on call out of hours.

You will be flexible and adaptable, in sympathy with the culture and ethos of the Cathedral as a place of Christian worship and be able to work as part of a close-knit team.
