We are a benefice of four welcoming and caring churches situated in a beautiful part of South Oxfordshire, in a mix of suburban and rural locations.

We seek a new vicar who is:

Bible-based and mission focused
A creative and strategic leader who can help us respond to the needs of our rapidly growing communities
Comfortable ministering across a variety of traditions and styles of worship
Able to strengthen and develop the benefice while retaining the individuality of the parishes
Able to engage with all age groups, helping people find new faith and deepen mature faith
Excited about reaching out to our growing numbers of young people and families, particularly those in our large areas of new housing
