Vicar

St Oswald’s is a welcoming, active and inclusive church in the large village of Croxley Green, near Watford and Rickmansworth, with good transport links to London and the surrounding area. We aim to be a church living for Christ, Community and Creation.

We are looking for a vicar who:

• Connects with people of all ages and backgrounds; someone with the sensitivity to meet people where they are;
• Encourages younger people with whom we already have connections to become more involved and develop a greater sense of belonging within our church;
• Sees where change is needed, inspires and takes everyone with them. They will need to increase our visibility in the community, including in schools, and grow our church;
• Is comfortable with a wide range of styles of worship and makes faith relevant in today’s world;
• Has energy, leads by example, encourages others and has a good sense of humour.

We are keen to see our church in good shape for the next generation.
