Vicar

We are a busy three-church parish, with a vicarage, situated on the outskirts of Rickmansworth, surrounded by countryside with excellent travel links to London (30 minutes by rail).

Our priorities are to develop our engagement with the local community and to reinvigorate our work with young people and families, including our linked C of E primary school.

We are looking for someone who:

• is a leader with initiative who can work effectively in a team and develop the gifts of the laity
• is sociable and outgoing, comfortable communicating with young and old alike
• is passionate about expanding our work of reaching out into our wider communities and drawing people into our congregations
• has good organisational and time-management skills
• has flexibility to continue our varied styles of worship within the Anglican tradition
• is positive about inclusivity in church
