This is an exciting opportunity for a 0.5 post in a village of 2,200 inhabitants, set in a predominantly rural environment, situated between the West Midlands and Shropshire.

About the role

We are seeking a Vicar who will bring a strong spiritual and pastoral lead to a committed and caring congregation in this beautiful South Staffordshire village setting.
The Church is an intrinsic and influential part of the local community and we are eager to develop our local presence and engage with all constituencies.
You will embrace and further develop the range of worshipping traditions at St. Chad’s which reflect our Anglican and non-Anglican composition.
There are good links with the local Church School and we are keen to develop these further to attract the next generation into Church.

About you

You will lead a talented, committed and vibrant local lay team.
As our spiritual lead, you will bring variety and vision to a congregation hungry for spiritual growth.
You will bring a passion for the on-going development of the Church in its community and be comfortable and involved in village life.
You will bring personality, energy and fresh ideas to an environment where you will be embraced by a Church which is open, friendly and welcoming.
