Job Description

‘BEing God’s family, DOing God’s will’

An opportunity to minister in a beautiful part of West Devon just north of Dartmoor, around the town of North Tawton and nearby villages with good links to the city of Exeter. Our parishes seek a Team Vicar who appreciates the opportunities and challenges of rural ministry.

The successful applicant will be:

a priest of strong personal faith, with good leadership skills and a capacity to enjoy rural parish ministry in a vibrant, all-age context
able to inspire congregations to deepen their faith with Bible-based teaching
ready to embrace varied liturgical styles across the parishes
able to lead and develop the existing ministry team
keen to encourage and support new outreach opportunities to people of all ages
willing to reach out to local communities in practical mission
