The Dorchester Team is entering a season of renewal and is looking for a new priest to join us as we prayerfully and creatively reimagine our future—both as individual churches and as a team.

Leads with grace and effectiveness, engaging confidently in both church and community.
Thrives in collaborative ministry—whether leading or supporting others.
Has a heart for mission and the Kingdom, sharing the good news of Jesus, nurturing both existing congregations and new outreach opportunities.
Is comfortable and confident working across a variety of church traditions and local contexts.
