Team Vicar

The Langelei Team Ministry is seeking a new Team Vicar to join the committed, dedicated and friendly ministry team with special responsibility for Holy Trinity Church Leverstock Green. Langelei comprises four parishes in West Hertfordshire in the Deanery of Hemel Hempstead within the Diocese of St Albans.

• The successful applicant will be a prayerful and caring priest with vision, enthusiasm and good communication skills. They will focus on inspiring our warm, friendly and inclusive church family to continue to grow in faith, ensuring that Holy Trinity remains at the centre of community life.

   

• Holy Trinity is a well-maintained grade 2 listed, 175-year-old church at the centre of the village. It has a strong and enthusiastic PCC who regularly organise a wide range of spiritual, social, and fundraising events for all members of the community. The church is financially strong and has close links with the local Church of England primary school (VC).

   

• Leverstock Green is a semi-rural vibrant village situated between Hemel Hempstead and St Albans with excellent local facilities, schools and surrounded by countryside.

   

• The vicarage is a spacious 4 bedroomed property with a large garden conveniently situated within a few minutes’ walk of the church.
