Clifton is a parish on the outskirts of Nottingham, situated south of the river Trent. It’s a place with its own identity, has a population of some 23,000 with good shops, schools and public transport. Two churches serve the parish; St. Mary’s in the village and Holy Trinity with
St. Francis in the estate. Clifton is a hard pressed area with many joys and challenges.
We are seeking a Priest who will join us in loving the people of this
parish and will engage with the Diocesan mission to grow disciples
Wider, Younger and Deeper.
We are looking for someone who is:
- A mission minded Priest who will help us grow in number, making disciples and seeing new worshipping communities established
- A Team player who has commitment to mission and is excited by discipleship
- Has resilience
- Able to celebrate and respect difference
- A deep pastoral heart
