These are urban communities in the West Midlands, with a very long Christian tradition. The Church is very much at the heart of the community. We are excited about what God might have in store for us, and we are committed to exploring faith and discipleship together. The relatively new Benefice comprises three churches. The Team Rector is based at St. Lawrence’s, where the tradition is Central/Open Evangelical.

This is a full-time post within the parish team of Blakenall Heath, serving the communities of Blakenall Heath, Leamore and Beechdale in Walsall.
We would welcome a Team Rector who, with our two team vicars, will join us in our hopes and vision for the future of our six churches. As Rector you will have special responsibility for two churches, All Saints and St Godwald’s, and will enjoy the support of the whole team, including Readers and retired clergy. The post comes with an attractive modern vicarage near to St Godwald’s Church.
