The Bexley Team Ministry comprises the four parishes of St John’s Bexley, St Mary’s Bexley, St Barnabas Joydens Wood and St James North Cray. All four churches are known as friendly, welcoming and inclusive places, though each has its own PCC and distinctive style and tradition.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and strategic Team Rector, as well as a pastoral and engaging Team Vicar, to join the Team which currently has one full-time TV and a part-time Associate.

In particular we would hope both appointees will:

Have a strong, passionate faith and prayer life, with a heart for mission & growth.
Be a good communicator and preach the Gospel in a way that is accessible to all.
Have a passion for work with schools, young people and families.
Be committed to working collaboratively across the whole Team, being a visible and friendly presence across all four churches and communities.
