re-creative landscape full of natural beauty? Are you attracted by
ministry in an area full of history and tradition, close to Stratford and Banbury, yet also trying to address the challenges of the twenty-first century?

- have a passion for sharing the love of Jesus with those who have yet to find him in their lives.
- enjoy being a pastoral presence in villages, celebrating and
building on strong links between church and community, and supporting a new incumbent in their ministry.
- have enthusiasm for helping churches grow in a mutual exchange of support and encouragement and are excited by the thought of helping churches and rural communities to grow and flourish.
- have a gift for encouraging and nurturing people of all ages to
become active members and leaders within their worshipping communities, enabling them to exercise their distinctive
