Would you like a post which combines parish ministry with wider diocesan responsibilities?

The Bishop of Hereford as Patron, together with the parishes, is seeking to appoint a Rector of the Ford Group of Churches who will also be Assistant Archdeacon in the Ludlow Archdeaconry. We are praying for someone who will:

Lead the churches in worship, mission, and growth in faith and numbers
Work collaboratively with colleagues in the Deanery Group Ministry
Support the work of the Archdeacon of Ludlow while developing their own gifts and leadership
