Rector

We are seeking a new rector with a broad, inclusive outlook for our benefice of five parishes and six churches, who will:

• walk beside us in faith, lead us with grace and help us to grow and strengthen in this changing world.
• Engage with both military and civilian communities.
• Offer compassionate pastoral care whilst balancing the dynamics and personalities of five busy and unique communities.
• Lead us to develop our discipleship and community life through partnership.
