A wonderful opportunity to lead and inspire this newly formed Benefice of six small rural parishes just outside Blandford in the beautiful North Dorset countryside.

This post would offer:

Hard-working and experienced PCCs and Churchwardens who are confident with responsibility, will take initiative and relieve the burden of administrative tasks
An exciting moment as the new Benefice comes together
Many possibilities for mission within the six supportive village communities and two thriving primary schools

We are looking for a Rector Designate who actively enjoys engaging with all ages, through community involvement and in both formal and informal worship. They will be a strong leader, who is able to help us grow together as we develop new ways of Making Jesus Known in our communities.

The Benefice sits between Cranborne Chase and the Blackmore Vale, within reach of the Coast, Dorchester and Salisbury.
