Are you called to lead a vibrant, growing, community-focused, two-church Parish on the outskirts of Poole with a heart for mission and discipleship?

We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and resourceful Rector. Someone excited to journey with us as we explore new innovations as part of our recent designation as a Mission Hub for the Diocese of Salisbury – which resources particularly our growth and work amongst young families.

We seek someone who:

MODELS servant-hearted collaborative leadership, with wisdom and sensitivity in equal measure.

HAS STORIES TO TELL of deeply-held personal faith in a God who loves them.

IS NURTURING of the gifts and ministries of others, enabling them to flourish.

HAS A HEART for engaging with the community imaginatively and authentically.

VALUES a variety of approaches to worship and is also willing to experiment with innovation.

IS AN ENGAGING COMMUNICATOR who can share the message of Jesus in relatable and relevant ways.
