Job Description

“To be disciples of Jesus and to make disciples of Jesus; serving the people of Anerley and South East London in the power of the Holy Spirit”

We are looking for a Jesus-centred, Bible-based, Spirit-filled Team Rector ready to take our evangelical, charismatic churches to the next stage.

Our parish (pop. 18,000) is in the London Borough of Bromley and combines suburbia with the needs of inner city. Anerley Team Ministry brings together Christ Church (USA 180) and St Paul’s (USA 75). Our congregations are worshipful, lively and ethnically diverse. We have a heart for reaching out to the local community in evangelism, service and Christian witness. We believe in ‘Shared Leadership’ and ‘Every Member Ministry’.

Our new Team Rector will lead an enthusiastic staff team with a Youth Pastor, Mission Development Pastor, Freedom Forum Pastor, WTC Hub Director and Administrator.

dedicated to personally growing closer to Jesus
passionate about serving the poor and marginalised
open to the gifts of the Spirit
