About the benefice
the benefice is comprised of two parishes, Moulsecoomb and Bevendean, and the parish of Coldean which is served by a team vicar.
The University of Sussex and the University of Brighton are in the parish and many students live here.
It ranks 530 out of 12,599 in the list of most deprived in the country.
The main morning service is currently in the sacramental tradition with an alternative service in the afternoon.
