We are a thriving Parish, located in an attractive, small town. We have three churches, each with their distinctive identity and sustaining a variety of worship styles. There are two associate vicars alongside the Rector. We are inclusive, called to be caring, loving and welcoming to all.

The Lord Chancellor and the PCC seek to appoint a Rector who will help us to evolve and enable us to be more courageous in our mission. The new Rector will:

be an open and inspiring leader, while being an effective manager and team-player.
have skills and experience of successful outreach.
sustain and develop:
- our mission to families, children, young people and schools
- our provision for older people
- the diversity of our worship styles and our strong music tradition
- connections between our different congregations
- onew volunteers and greater engagement across our congregations
- a welcoming and inclusive approach to all, including offering Prayers of Love and Faith for same-sex couples.
