Intercontinental Church Society is an Anglican mission agency with mission partners serving in various locations around the world. We seek a full-time Recruitment and Short-Term Mission Manager based in Coventry to lead chaplaincy recruitment and manage short-term mission.

Key responsibilities:

Oversee ICS patronage recruitment, develop and implement the short-term mission strategy, recruit and train volunteer chaplains, and manage resources and fundraising.

We’re looking for:

An Evangelical Ordained Person who is passionate about mission work. The ideal candidate has leadership and recruitment experience and has worked overseas. You should be willing to travel internationally and work flexibly. In return, we offer a rewarding role with flexible working conditions; there is the potential for remote working for the right candidate.
