The Queens Foundation

West Midlands

Ref: JN011993

The Governors of the Queen’s Foundation are seeking a Principal to succeed Professor Clive Marsh who retires at the end of the academic year.

Queen’s is unique in the UK. It prepares people for ordained ministry in the Methodist Church and the Church of England and supports ministry development, ordained and lay, in many denominations, including the Wesleyan Holiness Church. It is the home of the highly-respected Centre for Black Theology. It provides accredited and non-accredited general theological education and offers options in postgraduate study and doctoral research.

All these dimensions of work are essential to the Foundation’s offer to the churches. These are interesting and challenging times for theological formation and education both in the churches and in wider society. We are looking for someone who can rise to the challenges and maximise the strengths of this remarkable institution; someone who will rejoice in its diversity, bring leadership to the Foundation as a whole, and continue to foster vibrancy and consistency across its work.

If you think that might be you, please click the 'apply for this job' button below.
