Are you the person God is calling to be the next Priest-in-Charge of the Middle Marches Benefice; a group of seven parishes set in the beautifully scenic and deeply rural countryside of South West Shropshire?

We are seeking someone with the gifts, experience and calling to:

Grow our congregations in faith and numbers.
Equip us to share our faith with those around us.
Help us to develop our prayer and pastoral care.
Work positively with us on LLF and PLF, acknowledging the varying views of our parishes.
Identify and support others in their calling, vocations and ministries.

We can offer you the support of:

A part-time Benefice Administrator.
A team of commissioned Lay Local Worship Leaders.
Experienced Churchwardens and volunteers to help with services.
Service rotas designed to reduce mileage on Sundays.
