The Anglican Church Twente in Markelo, in the East Netherlands, has a vacancy as from January 2021 for a Part-time Chaplain, who will have a strong liturgical sense, a pastoral heart and a passion for rural ministry. We hope to engage someone with enthusiasm to lead us forward, who is a good communicator and willing to learn some Dutch.
He or she will move to a beautiful part of the Netherlands, to work with a lively, welcoming, all-inclusive congregation. Ideally you are a priest who loves parish ministry, people and preaching, and are seeking a part time post to give you time to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside as well as being eager to start a new adventure.
