Oversight Minister

Rame and Rivers Benefice is passionate about meeting people where they are to share the Good News of Jesus Christ through welcome, hospitality, and friendship. We believe that growing and developing our discipleship is at the core of enabling us to do meaningful outreach in our context. We are seeking a prayerful, committed, proactive and collaborative leader who can help us to grow together and reach out to those around us.

Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in southeast Cornwall, the Benefice brings together 13 churches in rural hamlets, small villages and the town of Torpoint. As a newly established Benefice, we have made significant progress in finding healthy rhythms of working together to share skills and abilities. The successful candidate will need to have a good understanding of, and ability to lead well in an oversight model.
