Based in Northend, we seek a dynamic and dedicated Associate Minister to join our team. Working collaboratively, this role is a unique opportunity to combine parish ministry with mission- enabling across the deanery.

The role

Half-Time: Associate Minister for Dassett Magna

Primary responsibility for mission and ministry in Dassett Magna.
Engaging, motivating and inspiring the congregations in worship
Teaching and enabling outreach to the growing and changing communities in the benefice

Half-Time: Deanery Rural Mission Enabler

Supporting rural churches across the deanery to establish and nurture new worshipping communities.
Collaborating with incumbents and lay leaders to help establish and support new mission initiatives.
Encouraging innovative approaches to church growth and re-imagining ministry in rural contexts.
