Bro Cwyfan Ministry Area in West Anglesey seeks a priest who is passionate about rural mission, ministry and church growth in an area of outstanding beauty and opportunity. Testimonials from new and regular worshippers reflect the impact our churches are having across the ministry area, with people reporting they “feel at home” and “so welcome” in our congregations.

You will be building upon a solid foundation: church buildings in good repair, sound finances, and faithful congregations seeking leadership to develop their mission. A recent Vision Day demonstrated a willingness to broaden worship styles and make more innovative decisions. You will be:

• Willing to explore new forms of worship alongside the cherished forms of traditional worship.
• Committed to working with the Ministry Area Council to plan strategically for the future.
• Dedicated to collaborative working, building up the potential of others, and encouraging individual and collective vocations.
• Willing to engage deeply with the Welsh language and culture. The post is suitable for a Welsh speaker or a Welsh learner. We offer a comprehensive package of learning and development for Welsh learners.
