Based in our Diocesan Office in North Bristol

Can you help us to design and offer training to support lay ministry in new and existing forms? Are you able to encourage and equip candidates with different backgrounds and ages for diverse lay ministries?

The Lay Ministry Support Officer will develop training that is accessible, practical and faith-full. Their role will include training and support for locally commissioned lay leaders in both the church and the wider world. They will help to shape a culture within the Diocese which fosters lay ministry and the diversity of people engaged in that ministry.
