The Benefice is in the beautiful countryside of SE Shropshire, with easy access to nearby towns and cities, the best of both worlds! We’re six village parishes with a new Joint Council, increasingly working as a team to reach our communities with Jesus’ message of hope, love, salvation and fulfilment.
Rooted in traditional Church of England worship, we hope you’ll bring new ideas for the ministry, mission and community engagement.
We hope you will work with and inspire us to:
- Help us develop our prayer life;
- Help us to engage and communicate better with our community, and to develop pastoral care;
- Work closely with our local CofE Primary School, and children of all ages within the Six Parishes;
- Work with us to ensure our financial sustainability.

All applicants should normally have 3 years’ experience in the Church of England or another Anglican church in the British Isles.
