House for Duty Associate Minister (Locally Supported Ministry)

We long to reach out with the love of God more widely into our communities and to see God’s kingdom grow. Our two churches lie between the coast and the New Forest and there is a range of good schools nearby.

We are seeking an Associate Minister

• to share in the Incumbent’s ministry across the whole parish; in particular to lead the church family forward in a focal area of
  ministry and oversee and care for the church at St Andrew’s, Tiptoe
• who will lead by example in prayerful reliance on God and his word
• who has a pastoral heart, is a Bible teacher, has a heart for
  outreach and mission
• who is enthusiastic, and can engage with the local community, continuing to foster the excellent relationship with our schools.
