We are a relational Diocese providing support for parishes and we prioritise the care of our Clergy (around 200). Children and Young People are at our heart and we support parishes through the Gen2 team and our Church Schools. Founded in 1541, with 348 parishes and 379 churches covering Northamptonshire, part of Peterborough city and Rutland county we serve just under a million people.

We are currently advertising for the following vacancies:

Rector: The Naseby Group (Clipston, Haselbech & Kelmarsh,
Marston Trussell, Naseby, Sibbertoft and Welford)
We are a warm-hearted community of 7 parishes situated in the heart of rural Northamptonshire, near to Market Harborough and with close access to major motorway and rail links. We are seeking a rector who, with the support and friendship of our committed churchwardens and four lay readers, will lead us through an exciting new phase of renewal and innovation.

Rector: The Astwick Vale Benefice (Anyho, Croughton, Evenley,
Farthinghoe, Hinton in the Hedges w Steane)
A priest with leadership and management skills, who loves life amongst rural communities, and who would be excited to live in this well-connected part of England, be involved in its schools, and would enjoy the support of a dedicated ministry team and a committed bunch of churchwardens.

A priest who would enjoy working in an encouraging and supporting benefice. This is a group of beautiful and united rural parishes in the south of Northamptonshire with one joint council and three schools, we are really looking forward to meeting with you soon.

We would like our new Rector to have a commitment to church growth, a desire to develop outreach among children and young
people (including those at the local schools) and a heart to encourage the growth of lay ministry.
