The Faith and Public Life Department plays a central role in shaping the Church of England’s national engagement with public policy, ethics, interfaith relations and social impact. As Director, you will provide strategic leadership to a diverse and highly skilled team whose work drives the Church’s mission across society, from social impact investment and disability inclusion to support for housing initiatives. Working closely with the Archbishops, bishops in the House of Lords and key governance bodies, you will steer a department that sits at the heart of the Church’s public voice. This is a unique opportunity to help shape national policy, guide a recently formed team and bring wisdom and insight to an influential area of the Church’s work. Based predominantly in our London locations, with flexible working and national engagement, you will play a vital role in strengthening the Church’s contribution to public life.
