This post reports to the Archdeacon Missioner and is based in Coventry.
The successful applicant will be educated to Degree level or equivalent,
have a theological qualification at a minimum of Diploma level,
proven experience of being part of a leadership team that has led a church into growth through innovation, church planting or fresh
expressions in or with the Anglican Church and have a proven track record
of delivering projects or programmes that have involved significant
change management and dealing with a variety of stakeholders.
A demonstrable understanding and commitment to the Mission of the Church of England, being called to proclaim afresh the Christian Faith in each generation is essential. It is therefore an Occupational
Requirement (Schedule 9 part 1 of the Equality Act 2010) of this post to have a committed Christian faith.
