The Diocese of York is the Church of England between the Rivers Humber and Tees, stretching west to the A1. We seek to Live Christ’s Story by becoming more like Christ, reaching new people, growing missionary churches, and transforming our structures and finances.

This role is key to enabling churches to engage in God’s mission and ensuring the right lay and ordained ministries support this. We seek a courageous, wise, and collaborative colleague to invest in ministry renewal. You will shape vocations, emphasising lay and self-supporting roles, widening access, and encouraging younger generations.
