The Bishop of Llandaff is seeking to appoint a DDO who will act for and work closely with her in overseeing the preliminary assessment of candidates, working within the vocations team of the Diocese to encourage vocations to a range of ministries. In addition to complex and demanding pastoral and organisation aspects of this role, the DDO should posses the ability to reflect theologically and strategically about ministry in line with the Diocesan vision.
