Job Description

The Bishop of Llandaff wishes to appoint a Diocesan Director of Ordinands.

The successful candidate will act for the Bishop in overseeing preliminary assessment of candidates, lead the vocations team of the Diocese in encouraging vocations to a range of ministries, and be a key member of a talented wider Diocesan team developing ministry across the Diocese, thinking theologically and strategically.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop the work of the Vocations team to implement the aspirations of the Diocesan Vison – Where Faith Matters.
