Built to the glory of God, Chichester Cathedral has been at the heart of life in the City and Diocese of Chichester for almost 950 years. At this exciting time in its history, the Cathedral is seeking a new Dean with creative energy to carry forward this extraordinary legacy of Christian witness, acting as the custodian of the shrine of St Richard whose Dominican charism still influences its life today.

The new Dean will be an experienced, confident, leader and pastor, as well as being a gifted preacher and teacher in mission, who is able to inspire people of all ages and backgrounds as confident missionary disciples. They will be skilled in developing partnerships and in working with others in proclaiming the Gospel.
