ON THE WAY TO THE LAND OF SAINTS
CURRENT VACANCIES IN THE DIOCESE OF TRURO

Are you confident in your faith, curious about God and people, and committed to mutual accountability?

We are looking for three exceptional, Spirit-inspired priests who love the local church,

and are called to help lead and deliver our vision for the Diocese of Truro.

The three new Deans will minister across a group of deaneries, working closely with clergy and lay leaders as part of a team led by the Archdeacons. They will provide practical leadership, inspire hope, support decision making and nurture healthy church cultures, so that the vision and goals described in 12 diverse deanery plans can become a reality.

We are a prayerful, supportive and dynamic diocese, with a culture of collegiate decision-making.

While you will want to work with us because you share our vision and want to be part of a diocese doing creative kingdom work, we also know that the practical stuff matters. As well as being environmentally friendly, we provide homes, not just houses for clergy. Clergy wellbeing is one of our priorities (we are determined to reverse the 30-year decline in clergy numbers) and you will never be short of pasties!
