St Mary’s, Ambleside is a growing, Spirit-filled church with a fresh vision rooted in worship, mission, and community. We’re recruiting a number of exciting full-time roles:

• Children & Families Lead – A creative, missional pioneer to shape Sunday and midweek children’s ministry, support families, and launch outreach like holiday clubs.
• Operations Lead – A strategic, faith-filled leader to oversee buildings, volunteers, HR, safeguarding, and systems, supporting mission and ministry to flourish.

Both roles are part of a new leadership team with a heart to see lives transformed by Jesus. If you’re passionate, prayerful, and ready to help shape the future of church life in the Lakes, we’d love to hear from you.
