St Asaph Cathedral sits at the top of a hill in one of the smallest cities in the UK. We serve the Diocese of St Asaph which stretches from the coastal areas of Llandudno and Prestatyn to the rural heartlands of Bala and Newtown and the growing city of Wrexham (yes, that Wrexham…).

As a cathedral community we’ve worked hard to develop our outreach and community spaces. As a diocese we are growing and developing a strong clergy team. The brand-new role as Canon Pastor will work as part of a nurturing and outward looking team working with the diocesan and cathedral community in a split role.

Half your time will be spent in the diocese supporting clergy in their first role of responsibility, and half in the cathedral looking after the spiritual wellbeing of the congregation, choir families, visitors and staff.
