The Diocese of Glasgow & Galloway seeks a Canon Missioner to lead the rollout of Natural Church Development (NCD) across our church communities, helping clergy and congregations identify barriers to growth and take the next faithful step. NCD is not a growth programme, but a framework for creating the conditions where God’s Spirit can bring new life, fruitfulness, and transformation.

We seek an ordained priest (in full communion with the Scottish Episcopal Church) with a clear vocation to encourage healthy, flourishing churches. Experience in leading change and enabling mission is essential; NCD expertise is desirable, training and support will be provided.

The Canon Missioner will also serve monthly as part of the worship and life of St Mary’s Cathedral, Glasgow.
