The Bosworth PCC seeks a priest to join the ministry team primarily within Bosworth Parish.
Our vision and mission - integral part of our communities, to show the love and compassion of Jesus Christ in our discipleship, relationships, worship and work. The role is to support this vision, its development and growth of Parish mission activities.
This post - initial period of 18 months, part-time basis of 28 hours p/w including Sundays (0.7 FTE).
An historic rural market town, with one church - St Peter - population circa 3,000.
We seek a person who is:
- Interested in rural ministry
- A skilled discipleship leader and enabler
- Able to discern and encourage people’s gifts
- Nurturing of inclusive and intergenerational worshipping communities
- A natural communicator with good interpersonal skills
- A prayerful listener, adaptive and sensitive to context
- Confident engaging with communities and schools.
