Associate Director of Leading your Church into Growth

Leading your Church into Growth is delighted to be partnering with the Church of England through 2025 - 2027 to ‘Step-up and Scale-up’ our national involvement. This new partnership, supported by generous funding, will enable us to help lead more churches than ever before into growth.

We are now looking for an exceptional individual to serve as our Associate Director. The successful candidate will have a passion for evangelism and the energy and confidence to take the lead at LyCiG Conferences and follow-up events, inspiring and encouraging others to grow the Kingdom. You will play a key role in developing and delivering a compelling multi-media communications strategy to support the delivery of the LyCiG vision.
