For this diverse Archdeaconry, stretching from the cities of Southampton and Bournemouth to rural communities in the New Forest, we are seeking a priest with a deep, contagious faith and pastoral heart to:

Support benefices and parishes in developing their ministry, prayerfully discerning opportunities for revitalisation and growth
Share with the Bishop of Winchester in his leadership of mission and ministry
