We are looking for a pioneering leader with a passion for planting and growing a culturally and ethnically diverse church; and the ability to share our vision and draw people to this new Intercultural Worshipping Community (IWC). IWCs are missional church communities where people from different cultural and ethnic heritage deliberately interact with on another in order to deepen their understanding and experience of God and each other.
This pioneer will work with Church of the Martyrs, in the diverse west end of Leicester.

Salary: £37k-£39kp a plus non-contributory pension
